Rumble promises Partner Program creators up to 90% of video ad revenue from November 1

Rumble says Partner Program creators will keep up to 90% of video ad revenue from November 1, set against YouTube's 55% — but the exact terms stay one-on-one.

Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski announced on X that, from November 1, creators in its Partner Program will receive up to 90% of the revenue from video ads. He set the figure directly against YouTube's, saying: “YouTube's revenue share will be 55% for video ads. Rumble's revenue share will be 90% for video ads.”

The program is invitation-only, with Rumble's partnerships team reviewing each request, and it carries no minimums for subscribers or watch hours — but a creator has to stream or upload at least 10 times through Rumble Studio in a 30-day window to qualify. It is open to on-demand and live creators alike, and Rumble says partners can keep streaming on other platforms at the same time.

The catch sits in the wording: the share is “up to” 90%, and Rumble says, “Exact terms are shared one-on-one with approved creators,” so there is no public rate card to check a channel against. Pavlovski also pointed to a marketplace planned for the second half of 2027, where creators would have the option to license their content.

From the crate: Rumble, a 90% headline earns its keep when creators can read the terms behind it in public — publish the rate card, and the field can do the maths for itself.
