Privacy — what this house notes, and what it never does

Plain words, kept short. Pangea+ is a news desk and a creator house. This page says exactly what we note about you and why.

What we note

An account here notes three things: your name, your email, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. That is the whole list. We never ask for gender — not at sign-up, not anywhere, ever. Creators also choose a username; their password is stored as a salted hash, never in plain text, and never shown to anyone, including us.

The founding list

If you join the founding list, your email is stored on Pangea+'s own database for founding news only. It is never sold, never rented, never shared with advertisers.

Follows and messages

Following a creator puts your email on her private list — visible to her, published nowhere. A message sent through a series page goes to that creator's inbox with the name and email you gave, so she can reply; it goes to nobody else.

Sign in with Google

If you use Google sign-in, Google tells us your name, your email, and a stable account ID so we can recognize you next time. Nothing else crosses over — not your contacts, not your files, not your history. Joining this house still confirms, at our door, that you are 18 or older; Google does not tell us your age.

Cookies

A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days. The age gate remembers itself on your device. That is all the cookies this house sets.

Counting

We count visits in aggregate (Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles). Play counts on episodes count plays, not people.

Your work

A creator's unpublished work never touches our servers: the Studio runs in her own browser, and drafts live on her side, always. We keep only what she publishes here.

Asking about your data

Write to the house from the email on your account — the support address shown on our Google sign-in screen — and ask. We will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and say so when it is done.
