Kick fixes September partner payouts and switches to rolling rates

Kick says a manual error cut some September partner payouts, it has sent backpay via Stripe, and partner rates will now roll across recent streams instead of swinging stream by stream.

Kick has corrected September payouts for partners in its Kick Partner Program after creators reported lower-than-expected payments and sharp rate swings. According to Streams Charts, the platform traced the shortfall to an internal manual calculation error, corrected the affected figures and issued manual backpay to impacted creators.

That backpay went to creators' connected Stripe accounts, with confirmation emails, even though it will not show in Kick's own on-site earnings view. Creators who still see a discrepancy in September earnings are being directed to Kick Support for an individual review.

Separately, Kick is changing how partner rates are set. Instead of calculating each stream in isolation, rates will now use a rolling view across recent broadcasts, including the current one, so a single quiet session should move pay less. The change covers partner rate calculations only; the 95/5 subscription split remains unchanged.
